- The F Trends provide size exchange as long as that item's still in stock to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you.
- All item(s) is eligible for one-time size exchange only.
- Postage charge of RM7 (West Malaysia) / RM10 (East Malaysia) for 1-2 pcs and RM2 for each add-on will be apply for exchange request.
- Color exchange or exchange to other item(s) request is not allowed, except for out of stock cases.
- Swimwear, lingeries, sleepwears & sales/promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 5 working days upon parcel received.
- Upon approval of an exchange, buyer must ensure that we receive the returned product(s) within 5 working days.
- All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact).
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- There F Trends is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our office. Please retain the courier receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
- All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- Exchange item(s) will ship out within 5-10 working days (Exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) after item(s) returned.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
- Under normal circumstances, we do not offer return or refund.
- All refund(s) will be credited to your member account store credit only within 1-3 working days. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- Color may vary across screen and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both.
- An item in a colour or size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’.
- Material and quality issues are not considered defects and is subjective.
** Parcels returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval will not be entertained.
